At Noah Clothing, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are shipped from our UK location, and we strive to dispatch your items within 2–5 business days of your order being placed. Please allow for slightly longer dispatch times during peak periods, sales, or holidays.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped once all items are in stock. We do this to reduce environmental impact and shipping costs. If you would like part of your order shipped earlier, please contact us before checking out.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this link to track the status and estimated delivery of your parcel.

Duties & Taxes

For orders outside of the United Kingdom, duties and taxes may be applied by the customs authorities of your country.

These charges must be paid to DHL prior to the arrival of your parcel and are necessary to release your order from customs.

We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur, as these are determined by your local customs authority.

Pre-Orders

If you have placed an order which includes a pre-order item, we will pre-pack any in-stock items and your order will be shipped in full as soon as all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
