Shipping & delivery
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your items within 2–5 business days of your order being placed. Please allow for slightly longer dispatch times during peak periods, sales, or holidays.
What happens with pre-order items?
If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped once all items are in stock. We do this to reduce environmental impact and shipping costs. If you would like part of your order shipped earlier, please contact us before checking out.
Will I get a tracking email?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this link to track the status and estimated delivery of your parcel.
What are your UK shipping options?
We offer:
Free Standard Shipping on orders over £100
A flat rate of £3.95 for orders under £75
Express Shipping for £6.95
Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days from dispatch.
How can I get more info about duties?
Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
How are pre-orders shipped?
If your order includes a pre-order item, we will pre-pack any in-stock items and your order will be shipped in full once all items are available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
We hope you and your little ones love your purchase from Noah Clothing. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns on full-priced items in line with the conditions below.
How do I return an item?
At Noah Clothing, we want you and your little ones to love every piece. If you need to return something, please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, simply contact our customer service team through info@noah-clothing.com with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and let you know if your return is accepted.
If approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
What are the conditions for returns?
To be eligible for a return:
- Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once received at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
What are the UK return costs?
For orders returned within the UK, a flat fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. We’ll provide you with a pre-paid returns label after your return is approved.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@noah-clothing.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
