We hope you and your little ones love your purchase from Noah Clothing. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns on full-priced items in line with the conditions below.

Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Your original order number must be provided as proof of purchase
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact
• Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty
Please note: Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once received at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Return an Item
Returns can be submitted via our Returns Portal, found at the top of this page. Simply follow the steps to submit your return request for approval.

UK Returns
For orders returned from within the UK:
• A flat fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs
• We’ll provide you with a pre-paid returns label after your return is approved

International Returns
For returns made outside the UK, including the EU:
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@noah-clothing.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
